159 likes, 2 comments - hospitalreus on June 18, 2026: "#EHMC2026 🩺 Professionals de Salut Sant Joan Reus-Baix Camp van participar a la Conferència Europea de Gestió Sanitària que va tenir lloc a Barcelona, del 10 al 12 de juny, sota el lema ✨ “Preparar sistemes sanitaris per al futur d’un món canviant: de l’estratègia a l’acció”, que posava de manifest la necessitat d’integrar la previsió, l’agilitat i la millora contínua en els sistemes de salut. La participació de @launio_uch com a coorganitzadora del congrés ha permès mostrar internacionalment les fortaleses del model sanitari i social català, caracteritzat per la seva capacitat d’innovació, la col·laboració entre institucions i professionals, la proximitat territorial i l’orientació a resultats. Els nostres professionals han presentat les següents experiències: ➡️ Embedding community experience into health system governance: the Observatory of Community Experience in Health (OECS) at Salut Sant Joan Reus-Baix Camp as a catalyst for person-centred, sustainable transformation. Raquel Gutiérrez Grau. ➡️ Strategy and leadership at Sant Joan Reus-Baix Camp: development and implementation of the strategic plan driven by a monitoring committee and linked to a leadership training pathway for managers. Laura Calavia Garsaball. ➡️ Bridging the gap: a mentorship model for nurse integration and talent retention in Salut Sant Joan Reus Baix Camp. Angels Esquirol Solé, Immaculada Grau Farrús, Roser Casas Agut. ➡️ Nurse-to-nurse consultations without patient presence: a model to improve care coordination and continuity between primary care and hospital care at Salut Sant Joan Reus Baix Camp. Aquest esdeveniment 🥰 ha contribuït a impulsar l’intercanvi de coneixement i experiències entre professionals i institucions de tot Europa. Una oportunitat per explorar com connectar la visió a llarg termini amb la implementació diària, abordant prioritats com la prevenció, la transformació de la força laboral, la innovació digital, la sostenibilitat i l’equitat en l’accés.".

L'Hospital Universitari Sant Joan de Reus produirà el 10% de l'energia que consumeix amb plaques solars
L'Energètica (Energies Renovables Públiques de Catalunya) està equipant l'Hospital Universitari Sant Joan de Reus amb una instal·lació solar fotovoltaica d'1,38 MW de pic de potència, de 2.894 panells, que ocuparà 5.580 metres quadrats de les cobertes del centre hospitalari.

🌍 Last week, I had the opportunity to speak at the EHMA - European Health Management Association Conference (EHMC 2026), where I shared the experience of the Observatory of Community Experience in Health (OECS) at Salut Sant Joan Reus-Baix Camp and its role as a driver of transformation towards more people-centred care. 🚀 🌟 It was a true privilege to present this project, which I have the honour of leading, to healthcare professionals and organisations from across Europe. It reaffirmed my belief that listening to citizens' voices and integrating their perspectives into healthcare governance is not only essential today but also key to shaping the future of healthcare. 🤝 My sincere thanks to la Unió Catalana d'Hospitals and IESE Business School for the outstanding organisation of this conference and for creating such an inspiring space for learning, discussion and knowledge exchange. 🩷 It was also a great pleasure to share this experience with my colleagues from Salut Sant Joan Reus-Baix Camp. Thank you for your support, commitment and dedication, and for making projects like this possible.
